3. Sensitive personal data

Paradato does not intentionally request or require sensitive personal data through this website.

Please do not include health information, financial credentials, passwords, biometric data, political or religious beliefs, information about sexual preferences, or other sensitive information in the contact form.

If sensitive personal data is voluntarily submitted without being requested, Paradato may delete it when it is not necessary to address the inquiry.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

Paradato uses Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregated information about website traffic and interactions. Google Analytics may process information such as:

Paradato does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other directly identifying contact information to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies will be activated according to the consent preferences selected by the visitor. Consent may subsequently be withdrawn through the cookie settings made available on the website.

Paradato intends to configure event-level Google Analytics data retention for a maximum period of 14 months, unless a shorter period is required for operational or legal reasons.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile

Paradato uses Cloudflare Turnstile on certain forms to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive activity and to protect the website against spam and malicious submissions.

When Turnstile is used, Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to perform the security verification, such as network, browser, device, and interaction-related information. Paradato does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioral profiling purposes.

Turnstile verification is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and is subject to Cloudflare's applicable privacy and data-processing practices.

7. Hosting, cloud infrastructure, and service providers

Paradato uses third-party providers to operate, secure, maintain, store, back up, analyze, and deliver this website and its related services.

These providers may include:

  • Hosting and server-infrastructure providers.
  • Cloud storage and backup providers.
  • Cybersecurity, anti-spam, and monitoring providers.
  • Email and communications providers.
  • Analytics and website-measurement providers.
  • Professional and technical service providers.

Infrastructure used by Paradato may include Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon S3 when applicable, as well as other cloud, storage, server, and security technologies.

Providers acting on Paradato's behalf are expected to process personal data only as necessary to provide their services and according to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.

Because some providers operate internationally, personal data may be processed or stored in Mexico, the United States, or other jurisdictions in which those providers maintain infrastructure.

8. Disclosure and transfer of personal data

Paradato does not sell personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed or transferred when necessary:

  • To service providers that process information on Paradato's behalf.
  • To comply with a law, judicial order, or lawful request from a competent authority.
  • To protect the rights, security, systems, or property of Paradato, its clients, visitors, or third parties.

9. Retention of personal data

Paradato retains personal data only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Retention periods may depend on:

  • The existence of a client or contractual relationship.
  • Operational, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Accounting, tax, commercial, and legal obligations.

Once the applicable purpose and retention period have ended, personal data will be deleted, anonymized, or securely blocked, subject to any legal obligation requiring its preservation.

Paradato applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

These measures may include TLS encryption in transit, access controls, server hardening, security monitoring, backups, software updates, and restrictions based on operational need.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Paradato cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the website.

11. ARCO rights and privacy requests

Data subjects may exercise their rights of:

  • Access: obtain information about personal data held by Paradato and the conditions of its processing.
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data.
  • Cancellation: request deletion of personal data when legally appropriate.
  • Opposition: object to processing in the cases permitted by applicable law.

The request should contain:

  1. The name of the data subject and an email address or other means for receiving notifications.
  2. Documentation sufficient to verify the identity of the data subject or, where applicable, the authority and identity of the representative.
  3. A clear description of the personal data involved.
  4. The ARCO right being exercised or the specific action being requested.
  5. Any information or documentation that may help locate the relevant personal data.
  6. For rectification requests, the requested correction and documentation supporting it.

Paradato will communicate its determination within a maximum of 20 business days after receiving a complete request. If the request is granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days.

These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified by the circumstances and permitted by applicable law.

Identity verification documents received for an ARCO request will be used only to verify the identity or authority of the requester and to process the request.

12. Withdrawal of consent and limitation of use

You may request the withdrawal of consent or the limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting:

Withdrawal will not have retroactive effects and may not apply where Paradato must retain or process information to comply with legal, contractual, security, or regulatory obligations.

13. Changes to this Privacy Notice

Paradato may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in legislation, technology, services, security practices, providers, or data-processing activities.

The current version will be published on this page and identified by the “Last updated” date displayed at the beginning of the document.

When a change materially affects the way personal data is processed, Paradato may provide an additional notice through the website or through the available contact information, when appropriate.
